摘要
目的探讨良性前列腺增生患者分级管理模式的可行性及效果。方法 2012年7月-2014年6月我院泌尿外科门诊检查诊断和治疗的良性前列腺增生患者中入组研究260例,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组130例。试验组实施良性前列腺增生患者分级管理模式,对照组按照自由随访模式管理。随访1年。结果两组患者对疾病知识的知晓情况较管理前均有明显提高,试验组与对照组患者在知晓程度间的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。国际前列腺症状评分有所减低,生活质量评分有所好转,两组之间差异也有统计学意义。结论良性前列腺增生患者分级管理模式是可行的,并取得良好效果,值得推广使用。
Objective To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of hierarchical management mode for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）.Methods A total of 260 outpatients with BPH diagnosed in our hospital were recruited during July 2012 to June 2014.All patients were randomly divided into the hierarchical management mode group（experimental group,n=130）and free follow-up management mode group（control group,n=130）.All patients were followed up for one year.Results The awareness rate of BPH was significantly increased in both groups after the management mode was performed.Moreover,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in awareness degree,international prostate symptom score（IPSS）and life quality score（P0.05）.Conclusions Hierarchical management mode for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia is feasible and effective,which is worth widespread clinical application.
