前列腺增生患者的分级管理模式 被引量：7

摘要 良性前列腺增生（BPH）是一种缓慢进展的常见病,其发病率随着年龄的增长而增加.随着我国国民经济水平的不断提高,以及社会老龄化的到来,BPH的临床诊疗在未来的数十年内将可能成为我国泌尿外科临床工作以及医疗卫生事业发展的重要问题.目前较为公认的能显示BPH发生临床进展的情况包括：下尿路症状加重而导致患者生活质量下降、最大尿流率进行性下降、急性尿潴留、反复血尿、复发性尿路感染以及肾功能损害等,BPH患者接受外科治疗是疾病进展的最终表现形式[1,2].
