摘要
发达国家职业教育校企合作主要有以企业为主、学校为辅和以学校为主导、企业支持两种合作模式。我国则多为学校主导下的校企合作办学模式,由于我国从事职业教育事业的绝大部分主办者和实践者都不是直接在职业教育体系中成长起来的,导致最终培养出的学生在能力上难以达到企业实际工作的要求。文章用比较研究法,提出了借鉴发达国家职业教育的成功经验,通过政府、学校、企业三方共同努力,形成"法律法规体系完善","政府部门重视","校企双方互惠互利、相互支持"的合作办学模式。
In developed countries, the cooperation between college and enterprise mainly runs as two kinds of models, the enterprise plays a major role, and the college has an assistant effect, or the college dominates in the cooperation, and the enterprise is supportive. However, in China, the college dominates in the cooperation. Most of the sponsors and practitioners of vocational education don't develop from the vocational education system, which results in that many students cannot meet the practical requirements of enterprises. By the comparative study, the article puts forward the model of mutual benefit, mutual support between the college and the enterprise. In the model, the government, the college and the enterprise make joint efforts, and develop a perfect system of laws and regulations.
