摘要
以某高职学院和北京湘鄂情股份有限公司的实质性合作为研究对象,在共同培养高职酒店(餐饮连锁)管理专业人才的实践过程中,通过综合比较分析湖南该专业课程和相关餐饮连锁门店职业岗位现状,确定中高端管理服务岗位标准、职业岗位证书,共同构建高职酒店(餐饮连锁)管理专业的课程标准及企业员工培训标准及多方评价机制,形成校企合作育人的长效运行机制。
This study is based on a practical cooperation between a vocational college and Beijing Xiang E Qing Co. Ltd. In the process of co-cultivating vocational hotel (chain catering direction) management personnel, we should compare the professional courses with the present situation of related chain catering shores' posts in Hunan province, then settle down the manage and service standard in mid to high end, as well as the occupation certificates. Together, we can build the curriculum standard of vocational hotel (chain catering direction) management major, training standard of enterprises' employees and multiparty evaluation mechanism, therefore form a long-acting mechanism in co-cultivating personnel between colleges and enterprises.
