摘要
透过对王品集团之员工进行问卷调查,探讨王品集团的智慧资本,是否经由组织内所拥有之知识分享平台,对于员工的工作满意造成影响。并对回收之有效问卷进行分析,王品集团内部所拥有之智慧资本,对于员工的知识分享程度与工作满意度皆有正向之影响。另外,在王品集团内知识分享程度越高,员工的工作满意度越高。而组织创造竞争优势之智慧资本,可经由知识分享平台将组织的知识进行移转,使员工的工作满意度增加。知识分享平台可为组织带来的效益,并成为组织创造价值之因素。
Intangible assets have become a more important determinant in the competitive business environment in the era of economic knowledge. The study aims to investigate the relationship between intellectual capital, knowledge sharing and job satisfaction by taking Wang Group as the study case with knowledge sharing as a mediator to explore the effects of the intellectual capital of Wang Group through knowledge-sharing platform to job satisfaction of employees. The results are as follows: 1. Intellectual capital has a positive effect on knowledge sharing and job satisfaction. 2. Knowledge sharing has a positive effect on job satisfaction. 3. The positive effect of intellectual capital on job satisfaction is mediated by knowledge sharing.
