摘要
本文以企业转型过程中企业家思想的作用途径为研究主题,以苏宁的互联网零售转型为分析对象,在总结张近东的战略观、过程观和人才观三项企业家思想的基础上,深入探讨了苏宁的战略转型、组织转型和人才管理转型,并针对企业家思想的作用途径加以分析,得出主要结论:企业家思想通过三条途径影响企业转型,分别是通过战略观和过程观影响战略转型、通过过程观和人才观影响组织转型、通过人才观影响人才管理转型,丰富了企业家思想的理论研究。
How entrepreneurial mindset influences the enterprise transformation process is the main research issue, and Suning＇ s transformation toward an Internet retailer is selected as an example of this research. Based on the summary of Zhang Jindong＇ s entrepreneurial mindset into three aspects, including strategic thinking, process outlook and talent view, we deeply discuss Suning＇ s strategy transformation, organizational transformation and workforce transformation. Then we fill the missing link between entrepreneurial mindset and enterprise transformation, drawing a conclusion that entrepreneurial mindset influences the enterprise transformation process through three ways, which are the influence of strategy transformation by strategic thinking and process outlook, the influence of organizational transformation by process outlook and talent view, the influence of workforce transformation by talent view.
