摘要
近年来,开放大学的建设对高校后勤工作提出了许多崭新的要求。在开放大学背景下,后勤队伍如何进一步适应开放大学建设的要求,做好转型升级,这将是一个至关重要的课题。本文针对目前原电大后勤队伍存在的不适应开放大学建设需要的若干问题进行了研究,提出了一些创新的建议,诸如:培育开放、创新的后勤文化,树立"以人为本"的后勤服务新观念;加强后勤队伍的信息化、专业化培养与开发,优化队伍结构;重构开放大学后勤保障制度体系和队伍执行力建设,实现高效率、有序的服务保障;构建人才激励机制,建立一支团结、高效、清廉的后勤队伍等。
While the TV university is hastening its pace to transform itself into an Open University in recent years, and the logistics work, as one of the key components of the construction, is also facing great challenge. Thus it is essential to study how to reform the team serving better this end. This paper analyzes problems in this aspect, and proposes that for the purpose of building a logistic team characterized by human-orientedness, openness, creativity, consolidation, effi ciency and cleanness, such measures shall be taken as informationization, professionalization, and innovating an incentive mechanism, and the like.
