摘要
通过分析我国城市交通的发展情况,指出城市发展汽车共享的必要性,并基于消费者选择的分析,研究了影响消费者选择汽车共享的因素,例如家庭经济情况、汽车使用相关费用、用车需求、个人特征和出行特征等。最终依据这些影响因素找出汽车共享的目标顾客,并针对顾客需求提出了汽车共享的发展对策,其中包括满足不同家庭经济条件的需求,减少汽车共享使用费用,按照不同订车频率进行阶梯定价,采用新能源汽车吸引环保意识强的年轻工作者以及提供更多车型满足不同出行特征等。
Through the analysis of urban traffic development, the paper proposes the necessity of car - sharing in cities. On the basis of the theory of consumer choice, the paper analyzes the influential factors during the process of consumer choice of car-sharing, like family economic situation, costs related to car use, car use needs, personal characteristics and travel charac- teristics and so on. Based on those factors, the paper finds out the target consumers, and puts forward effective strategies to develop car- sharing, including meeting different family economic conditions, reducing the fees of car sharing, using the block pricing according to different frequencies of reserving car, adopting new energy automobiles to attract young workers who have the strong sense of environmental protection, and providing more car styles to satisfy the users who have different characteristics of going out in order to develop car - sharing in our country.
