摘要 "1+2+1"师范生培养模式是在教师专业发展理念的指导下,以专家型教师的素质标准为培养依据,对师范生进行1年的"宽口径"培养、2年的"厚基础"培养及1年的专业实践能力强化培养的结构形式和运行方式。该培养模式立足教师专业发展的视角,秉持教师职前培养(师范生培养)、入职教育及职后培训为一体的宗旨,以期在某种程度上弥补现有的本科层次师范生培养模式的不足。 The '1+2+1' mode is a structuralized operational pattern to train students of normal universities;it is so structured in the conception of professionalizing teaching as an occupation and in accordance with the criterion set for professionalized teachers. The mode consists of one year's 'wide aperture' training,two years' 'solid foundation'training,and one year' s intensified practical ability training. In the perspective of professional development,this mode is designed to integrate teachers' pre-occupational training,inductive education,and post-occupational training,and is expected to make up for the deficiencies of existing mode in the training of normal students.
