摘要
目的:考察父母教养行为与大学生生涯适应力之间的关系,及成就动机在其中的中介作用。方法:采用生涯适应力问卷、父母教养方式问卷与成就动机量表(AMS)对503名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:1父母的接受/参与、严厉/监督与大学生的生涯适应力均显著正相关,但父母鼓励心理自主的教养行为与生涯适应力相关不显著。2大学生追求成功的动机在父母接受/参与和生涯适应力之间起到部分中介作用。结论:父母的接受/参与既可直接影响大学生的生涯适应力,又可通过大学生追求成功动机的中介作用间接影响其生涯适应力。
Objective: To examine the relationship between parenting behaviors and career adaptability, as well as the mediating effects of achievement motivation in colleage students. Methods: A sample of 503 eolleage students completed the Career Adaptability Questionnaire, Parenting Style Questionnaire and Achievement Motivation Scales(AMS). Results: ①Positive correlation were found significant among parental acceptance/involvement, parental strictness/supervision and career adaptability. ②Motivation of pursuing success partly mediated the relationship between patenting behaviors and career adaptability. Conclusion: Parental acceptance/involvement has direct influence on University students' career adaptability, in which motivation of pursuing success serves as a mediating role.
