摘要
概述了模内组装成型技术的原理、工艺过程及特点等。并在介绍几种最具代表性模内组装成型方式的基础上,详细分析了国内外在该领域的最新研究进展。最后对模内组装技术的发展前景进行了分析预测。促进注塑模具的优化,合理选择成型材料,加强与其它技术的融合,提高在现实生产中的应用成为未来模内组装成型技术研究者的主要任务。
The principle,technological process and characteristics of in-mold assembly technology were summarized. And on the basis of introduction of several the most representative in-mold assembly methods,the latest research progress in this field at home and abroad were analyzed. Finally,the development prospects of in-mold assembly technology were predicted. The main task for future researchers in the aspects of in-mold assembly technology is to promote the optimization of injection mold,choose the molding material reasonably,strengthen the integration with other technologies,improve the application in the real production.
