在分析注塑成型可视化技术原理的基础上,概述了注塑成型可视化模具设计的影响因素。并详细论述了注塑成型可视化的发展历程及最新研究进展。最后对注塑成型可视化技术的发展前景进行了预测。优化可视化模具,加强与CAE技术的结合,扩展应用范围等成为未来研究者的主要任务。
Based on the analysis of injection molding visualization technology theory, the article outlined the influence factors of molding visual mold design and discussed the development and the latest research progress of injection molding visualization. Finally, the development prospects of injection molding visualization technology were predicted. Optimization of visual mold, strengthening the technique of CAE, expanding the application scope became the main task of the future researchers.
