摘要
以卡扣式翻盖为例,采用模内组装技术,在传统瓶盖注射模的基础上进行新的设计,即在模具外部增加合盖装置,通过液压缸驱动齿条带动齿轮和压杆旋转,压杆推动翻盖扣合。在模具内部完成合盖工作,省去人工合盖步骤,减少人力成本,提高模具自动化水平。
An injection mould was developed for a block button-type flip cap on the basis of conventional structure in which in-mould assembly technology is applied and the cover- ing device is installed outside of the mould. The hydrocylinder is used to drive the rack that puts the gear and compression bar in rotation and then the compression bar pushes closing the flip cap. The covering of the flip cap can be completed in-mould in which the manual work can be left out.
