摘要
目前,我国冷链物流仍处于初级发展阶段,与国外冷链物流的发展悬殊巨大。以福州市为例,其生鲜农产品生产有较强的比较优势,然而由于冷链物流发展落后,在市场上缺乏竞争力。文中通过对福州蔬菜的批发市场进行实地考察,构建了农产品批发市场冷链物流的运营模式和冷链模式流程,并对其过程可能出现的问题加以改进,旨在对福州市冷链物流的发展提供一定依据。
Nowadays,China＇s cold chain logistics is still at the primary stage of development.Compared with the development abroad,it has great disparity.Take Fuzhou for example,the fresh agricultural products have strong comparative advantage.However,because of the cold chain logistics development lags behind,the agricultural products lack of competitiveness in the market.This paper study the Fuzhou strait vegetable wholesale market by the field trip.And then build the operation mode and the cold chain processes of the agricultural products’cold chain logistics.At last,raise some improvements on the process problems that may occur.The study aims to provide certain basis to the development of cold -chain logistics in Fuzhou.
