摘要
中国农产品冷链物流发展相对滞后,已不适应城乡经济快速发展和人民生活质量不断提高的需要。针对中国农产品冷链物流发展中存在的标准建设滞后、基础设施不足、市场化程度低、缺乏规划和协调、技术落后、专业人才缺乏等问题,提出了政府积极引导、加快标准体系建设、大力发展基础设施、提高市场化程度、发挥行业协会的作用、加快人才培养等对策,以促进中国农产品冷链物流的发展。
The development of Chinese agricultural product cold -chain logistics lag behind and has not adapt to the need of city and countryside economy rapid development and unceasing improvement of people life quality. There axe such problems as lagging standard building, infrastructural facilities deficiency, low market - oriented degree, lack of the plan and coordination, technology falling behind and professional insufficiency in the development of Chinese agricultural product cold - chain logistics. The countermeasures including the government＇ s active leading, accelerating standard system construction, developing infrastructural facilities, increasing market -oriented degree, giving full scope to industrial association and accelerating personnel training have been put forward in order to promote Chinese agricultural product cold - chain logistics.
