摘要
为了提高相控阵雷达的分辨精度,需要更宽的工作带宽。这对星载、机载相控阵雷达天线阵面的延时器提出了更高的要求。既要求体积小、重量轻,又要求线性好、损耗小。提出了一种工作在X频段,最大延时3 100ps的5位宽带蛇形线延时器。通过对蛇形线线间耦合和端口匹配的优化,改善了延时器的损耗和驻波。测试比较了两种新型延时器——蛇形线延时器和左手延时器的射频性能。仿真结果表明,该延时器能够在提高蛇形传输线线性的同时保持一个很小的器件尺寸。
To increase the resolution accuracy of phased array radar,wider operation bandwidth is nee-ded.It is difficult for the time delay line to decrease the size and weight,increase the bandwidth and better the linearity.A 5-bit,3100 ps meander time delay line,working on X band is presented.The insertion loss and VSWR is improved by optimizing the coupling and port matching.The meander delay line and the left-handed delay line are tested for comparison.Experiment result shows the meander delay line can have good linearity while keeping in small size.
