摘要
相控阵采用传统移相器会带来天线波束指向随频率发生变化的现象,阵元延时是提高宽带相控阵天线波束指向精度的重要方法,但其成本和设备量对小型化阵列不可接受,提出一种子阵间采用延时芯片、子阵内阵元级使用移相器的宽带相控阵设计方法,该方法设备量显著降低,具备工程化条件,仿真结果表明,该方法可大幅降低频率对波束指向精度的影响。
The beam pointing of phased array antennas that adopt tradition phased shifters is changed with frequency,the unit True Time Delayer(TTD)is an important method to improve the beam pointing accuracy of wideband phased array.However the cost and equipment quantity are not acceptable for miniaturization arrays.This paper proposed a method that Wideband Phased using TTD at subarray and using phased shifters at element of subarray,this method significantly reduced the equipment quantity and has engineering conditions.Simulation results showed that this method could greatly reduce the impact of frequency on beam pointing accuracy.
