苦荞天然植物饮料研制及功能性研究 被引量:8

摘要 以苦荞为主要原料,辅以金银花、菊花、绿茶、甘草,充分利用传统中医药基础理论及现代医学理论,科学加工成有益于人体健康的保健饮料。通过正交试验及方差分析,确定出该饮品的最佳配方为:苦荞天然植物饮料复合汁40%、柠檬酸0.4%、木糖醇5.0%、柠檬酸钾0.3%、纯净水54.3%(均为质量分数)。研制出的苦荞天然植物饮料具有特有的棕黄色,清澈透明,风味独特。动物试验结果表明,饮用饮料的蛋黄致高脂小鼠的总胆固醇、甘油三酯显著低于蛋黄致高脂模型对照组(P<0.05);蛋黄致高脂小鼠血糖显著或极显著低于空白对照组(P<0.01,P<0.001);四氧嘧啶糖尿病模型对照组血糖值显著高于给药前(P<0.05);饮料饮用前后血糖差值显著低于模型对照组(P<0.01)。表明苦荞天然植物饮料具有较好的降血脂、降血糖的功能。 Full using of traditional Chinese medicine basic theory and modem medicine theory, processed by the science of heMth drinks beneficial to human health, the natural plant beverage with Tartary buckwheat as the main material and Honeysuckle, Chrysanthemum, Green Tea and Licorice as the minor material was prepared. By orthogonal experiments and analysis of variance determined that the best formula for the beverage: Tartary buckwheat natural plant compound juice drinks 40%, citric acid 0.4%, xylitol 5.0%, potassium citrate 0.3%, pure water 54.3% (these percentages are mass fraction ). The Tartary buckwheat drinks with natural plant product looks specific brown, clear and transparent and it has a unique flavor. Through the experiments on animals, the results show that total cholesterol and triglyceride in egg yolk-induced mice drinking beverages were significantly lower than egg yolk-induced hyperlipidemia model group (P 〈 0.05 ), blood glucose in egg yolk-induced mice was significantly lower than in blank control group (P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.001 ). In alloxan diabetic model group, blood glucose was significantly higher than that before administration (P 〈 0.05 ); the difference between the blood glucose measured before and after beverages were consumed was significantly lower than model group (P 〈 0.01). The results indicate that Tartary buckwheat natural plant beverage has good functions of lipid-lowering and blood glucose-lowering. Therefore, Tartary buckwheat natural plant beverage has a positive effect of cardiovascular and eerebrovaseular disease prevention and diabetes.
