摘要
针对医药科技成果转化特点及制约因素,围绕地方生物医药产业需求,湖北医药学院联合4家企业和省内2家高校共建协同创新中心。以协同创新中心为试点,大胆进行机制创新与体制改革,在提高科技成果实用性与转变科研人员创新意识等方面进行多项变革,制订切实可行的科技政策,缩短科技成果的转化进程。在成果转化、社会服务、推动地方产业发展等诸方面取得良好成果,其经验具有借鉴与推广价值。
Aiming at characteristics and constraints of scientific and technological medicine achievements, around demand for local bio-pharmaceutical industry, Hubei University of Medicine joints 4 companies and 2 universities in the province to build collaborative innovation center. Take collaborative innovation center as pilot, bold system reform mechanism innovation, in improving the usability of scientific and technological achievements, in terms of changes research staff innovation awareness etc. Carry out a number of changes, develop a practical science and technology policy, shorten the process of transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Good results have been achieved in outcome transformation, social services, development of promoting local industries. Hubei University of Medicine has achieved successful experiences which have reference meaning.
