摘要
目的:探讨动植物复配方制品祛黄褐斑作用。方法:随机将100例黄褐斑受试者分为试食组和空白对照组,每组50例,按要求服用该制品30d,观察受试者颜面部黄褐斑面积大小和颜色深浅变化。结果:试食组黄褐斑面积平均缩小9.42±14.15cm2(P<0.01),下降百分率15.08%,颜色变浅,色卡平均降低0.39±0.38度(P<0.01),有效32例,总有效率64.00%,自身比较差异显著。对照组黄褐斑面积平均缩小0.74±2.69cm2(P<0.001),下降百分率1.48%,颜色变浅,色卡平均降低0.07±0.23度(P<0.001),有效6例,总有效率12.00%,两组对比有显著性差异。结论:此动植物复配方制品有祛黄褐斑的功效,其效果有待进一步验证。
[Objective] To study the dispelling function of fauna and flora compound formula products against cholasma.[Method] Totally 100 cases of chloasma subjects were randomly divided into trial group and blank control group,with 50 cases of each.Subjects of the trial group were required to take the products for 30 d.Then,the changing on size and color shades of the subjects＇ facial cholasma was observed.[Result] The cholasma size of the trial group subjects were reduced by an average of 9.42 ± 14.15cm^2 （P 〈0.01）,with a declining percentage of 15.08%.The cholasma color became lighter,with an average dropping of 0.39 ± 0.38 degrees （P 〈 0.01） on color card.Totally 32 cases were proved effective,the total effective rate was 64.00%,with a significant difference on self-matching comparasion.By contrast,the cholasma size of the blank control group subjects were reduced by an average of 0.74 ± 2.69cm^2 （P 〈 0.001）,with a declining percentage of 1.48%.The cholasma color became lighter,with an average dropping of 0.07 ± 0.23 degrees （P 〈 0.01） on color card.Totally 6 cases were proved effective,and the total effective rate was 12.00%.The two groups showed significant difference.[Conclusion] Such fauna and flora compound formula products could dispel chloasma.
