摘要
目的研究应用计算机图像分析系统对正常人面部皮肤与黄褐斑皮损的测定的评价方法。方法应用计算机皮肤数字图像分析系统,测量正常人和黄褐斑患者右侧面部皮肤的平均吸光度、积分吸光度以及黄褐斑患者皮损面积。结果计算机数字图像分析表明,黄褐斑患者皮损的平均吸光度和积分密度明显高于正常人,并能精确的计算出皮损面积。结论计算机图像分析系统对正常人及黄褐斑皮损评价更具有客观性和科学性,可为黄褐斑的临床疗效判断提供可靠的客观依据。
Objective To investigate the evaluation method for using the application computer digital image analysis (CDIA) system on measurement of human melasma. Methods The CDIA system was applied for measuring and observing human melasma on the right facial side by the average optical density, integral optical density and area of melasma. Results It was showed by CDIA system that the average optical density and integral optical density of melasma were much higher than the normal ones'. This system can also be exactituded to calculate the area of skin damage of melasma. Conclusion The CDIA system is an objective and reliable way to evaluate the index for the efficiently clinical treatment of melasma.
