摘要
面对本地一流科教资源稀缺的鸿沟,深圳、苏州、无锡成功实现创新能力与战略性新兴产业协同跨越的创新驱动发展。开放性、密集式招引汇聚大院名校,是其成功的要诀与鲜明特色。嵌入型大院名校对协同跨越具有空间吸引子效应。深苏锡汇流的特点为实体化程度高、逐级跃迁,且三地嵌入型大院名校显著区别于科教资源高丰裕度地区。汇流过程要规避大院名校与地方政府双边逆向选择问题。处理汇流中技术前景不确定性的途径有五条。

Opening to gather famous u- niversities and institutes is the key to success and their distinctive character. Embedded universities and institutes have space attractor effect on collaboratively leaping. The characteristics of Shen - Su - Xi gathering are with high level entity, and gradually upgrading, and Shen - Su - Xi' s universities and institutes: are obviously different from the area with first - class science and education resources. Convergence process should avoid bilateral adverse selection problems between universities - institutes and local governments. There are five ways to deal with the uncertainty of technology future.
