摘要
研制了一种新型的多模块式真空封口机,并针对其工作特点,提出一种基于可编程控制器(PLC)控制的电气控制系统。分析该系统的控制要求及组成结构,设计的系统硬件为分布式三层结构,系统软件有PLC现场控制程序和触摸屏监控程序。现场运行结果证明,该系统具有性能可靠、自动化程度高、操作方便和环保节能等优点,社会效益和经济效益良好。
Developed a vacuum sealing machine, and for the characteristics of their work, propose a PLC-based control of the elec- trical control system. The control requirements of the system are analyzed and composition structure, design the system hardware distributed three-tier structure, the completion of the PLC and touch screen control program site monitoring program design. Field operation proved that the system with reliable performance, high degree of automation, easy operation and environmental protection and energy saving, with good social and economic benefits.
