摘要 根据对AGV技术研究现状的分析,针对国内现有车载控制器存在的不足,设计了一套用于控制AGV沿预设路径运行的车载控制器。该车载控制器采用主控板和底层驱动板的总体架构,结合软件程序的编写,实现了与上位机的无线通信、状态信息在触摸屏上的显示、对外围设备数据的采集以及控制等功能,达到了对AGV的自动控制和远程控制的目的。经过现场的试验,该设计合理,可满足其功能要求。 According to the analysis of the current status of the research on AGV technology, aiming at the shortcomings of the existing on-board controller in domestic, we have designed a set of on-board controller used to control the operation of AGV along the default path. The on-board controller adopts the overall architecture of main control board and underlying driver hoard, Combined with the software programming, the controller has realized the purpose of auto control and remote control, including the functions such as the wire- less communication with PC, the status display on touch screen, the data acquisition and control of peripheral equipment, and so on. Through field experiment, the design is reasonable and it can satisfy the function requirements.
