摘要
针对新能源汽车电动机铝合金机壳内部结构复杂,低压铸造过程中左右侧模和金属型芯三者之间温度难以同步均衡,造成产品合格率较低的现状,设计开发一套适用于新能源汽车电动机机壳低压铸造生产时的模具温度控制系统,根据模具和金属型芯各不同部件的功能特点,分别采用不同的温控方式,以PLC作为控制核心,使得铝合金溶液能够在温度均匀的模具中实现顺序凝固,保证铸件的质量。
Due to the complicated internal structure of the aluminum alloy casing of new energy automobile motor, the temperature among the left side mold, the right side mold and the metal core is difficult to be balanced synchronously in the process of low pressure casting, which cause the lower product qualification rate. A low pressure casting temperature control system was designed for the mold that produces motor casing of new energy vehicles. It can adopt different temperature control methods according to the functional characteristics of different modules, and use PLC as the control core, so that the aluminum alloy solution can be orderly solidified in the mold with uniform temperature, to ensure the quality of the casting.
