摘要
高等职业院校体育教师评价是体育师资队伍建设,推动体育教师专业发展,加强体育教师管理的有效手段和方法。该文采用文献资料、逻辑分析、专家访谈、问卷调查和层次分析等研究方法,从教育现代化的视角,对高等职业院校体育综合素质评价体系进行研究,旨在为高职院校体育师资队伍建设和管理提供理论参考依据。
Evaluation on P.E Teachers in Vocational Colleges is an effective in terms of the construction of PE teaching staff, the advancement of PE teachers＇ professional level and the management of PE teachers. This paper explores,from the perspective of education modernization,the comprehensive quality evaluation system aiming to provide theoretical reference for the construction and the management of PE teaching staff in in vocational colleges using methods llke literature,logic analysis, expert interview, questionnaire and analysis hierarchy processing and so on.
