摘要
高速电主轴是高速加工系统中最重要的部件之一,对于加工系统的精度、机床的可靠性等有直接影响,必须在设计阶段对其静态特性进行研究。本文基于有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对高速电主轴静刚度进行了分析。通过研究主轴单元变形的理论模型,应用ANSYS Workbench软件对影响其静态性能的主要因素进行了分析,并针对所设计的电主轴的静刚度进行了验证,满足设计要求。
High speed motorized spindle is the most important component of high-speed machining system, which can directly affect precision of the machining system, reliability of the machine tools, and so on. So it is necessary to research on its static characteristics during the design period. In this paper, the static stiffness of high speed motorized spindle is analyzed based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench. The theoretical deformation model of the spindle unit is studied. The main affecting factors of static characteristics are analyzed by applying ANSYS Workbench. The static stiffness of the designed motorized spindle is validated to meet the design requirements.
