摘要
通过建立包括轴承结合面在内的主轴系统的有限元模型,利用有限元方法分析了一台龙门式数控镗铣床主轴部件的静刚度,并通过静刚度实验验证了该模型的有效性。随后在Ansuys环境下利用APDL语言实现有限元模型的参数化,并讨论了该主轴轴承跨距的优化问题。
Through simulating thebearings function. the Finite Element Model of the spindle of the NC gate boring- miling machine is establish, and analysis of its static rigidity is done. The calculation result compared with the result of the static rigidity physical experiment, it is indicated that the Finite Element Model is valid. Parameterizing the Model usingADPL in ANSYS. optimum distance between the two bearings on spindle is obtained.
