摘要
目的：探讨客观结构化临床考试（OSCE）在心血管重症监室护人员培训中的应用效果。方法：选取2013年1月-2014年1月间我院参与心血管重症监护室护理培训的护理人员40名,随机等分为试验组和对照组,其中对照组按照常规模式对护理人员进行培训,而试验组将客观结构化临床考试应用于心血管重症监护室护理人员培训中,培训周期结束后,对护理人员进行吸痰术、心肺复苏术、呼吸机应用技术、相关仪器监测监护术等4个方面的考核。结果：培训周期结束后,试验组护理人员在心血管重症监护方面的考核成绩明显高于对照组,具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论：客观结构化临床考试能客观、公正、全面评价心血管重症监护室护理人员的综合能力,有利于在培训中查缺补漏,有重点、有针对性地对护理人员开展培训。
Objective： To explore the application effect evaluation of objective structured clinical examination in cardiovascular intensive nursing personnel training. Methods： Selected 40 cases of nurses who participate in the cardiovascular intensive nursing training of nursing staff from January 2013 to January2014,randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group accepted conventional mode of nursing personnel training,while the experimental group accepted objective structured clinical examination application in cardiovascular icu nursing staff training on the basis of routine training,After the training period,carries on the exam on two groups of nursing staff,and statistics of two groups of patients involved in nursing during the occurrence of nursing error and the number of cases received testimonials. Results： After the training period,the experimental group the inspection examine result was significantly higher than the control group,the statistical result has obvious difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Objective structured clinical examination can be objective,fair and comprehensive evaluation of cardiovascular intensive care nurses＇ comprehensive ability and focused,targeted to the nursing staff to carry out the training,can adopt to the promotion.
