摘要
"卓越工程师教育培养计划"在2010年颁布之后,各类高校针对卓越计划实施成果的研究颇多,但鲜有对其实施过程的研究。本研究以H大学光电信息工程卓越工程师教育培养计划实验班为例,运用多源流理论框架分析该专业实施"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的始末。研究认为:在政策实施过程中学校支持是前提、院系是主导、教师是主力、工程教育研究者是助力,四者相互配合、缺一不可。同时,光电卓越班实施过程中形成的课程改革思路对其他高校具有借鉴意义。
After the publishment of "Cultivating Plan of Distinguished Engineer" in 2010, quite amount of institutions have studied the plan against its achievements. However, there is rare research directing at its implementation. Taking the experimental classes of optical engineering in H University as an example, this study employs the theory of multiple streams to analyze the whole process of the implementation of the plan. It is suggested that support from the institution is the premise, the department is the leading factor, teachers are main strength and researchers of engineering education are of great assistance. It also offers references for other institutions.
