摘要
文章通过对M学院及其教师行为的研究,分析了在与企业紧密联系的院系中,教师们是如何将产学合作整合到他们的学术工作中去的,进而论证了应用研究是如何促进基础创新的。对M学院的案例研究表明,目前的很多文献对高等教育与社会经济组织之间互动关系的认识被简化了。文章提出从以下四个方面来对这种关系进行考察:1科学研究的多样性;2不同学科间的差异;3相同学科里的制度差异;4组织的亚文化。
This article studies how the teachers integrate industry-academia collaboration into their academic work through the resacrch on teachers" behavior in the industry-friendly department, and then demonstrates how applied research promotes foundation innovation. The case study on M College shows that the understanding of the interactive relationship between higher education and social economic organizations has been simplified on many current literatures. This paper supports the following four aspects to analyze the relationship. ① The diversity of scientific research;② The differences between different disciplines; ③ The institutional variations in the same discipline;④ The subculture of organization.
