摘要
本文以八甲基环四硅氧烷和丙烯酸酯类单体(BA、MMA、AA)作为原料,用过氧化二苯甲酰为引发剂,以单体滴加法合成了有机硅丙烯酸胶黏剂。利用红外光谱和万能试验机对胶黏剂和涂覆效果进行了测试,实验结果表明,实验温度为85℃时有利于反应进行。BA、MMA、AA配比为50∶7∶1时胶黏剂性能好,黏性大,抗拉程度高。
In this paper, silicone adhesive was synthesized by monomer dropping method, octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane and the acrylate monomer (BA, MMA, AA) used as a starting materials and dibenzoyl peroxide as an initiator. The performance of the adhesive was characterized by infrared spectrum and universal testing machine. The experimental results showed that it was benefit to react when the experimental temperature is controlled to 85 ℃. The adhesive had perfect viscosity and strong tensile degree when BA:MMA:AA ratio was 50:7:1.
