含磷聚丙烯酸酯乳液的合成及性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(E1309)为乳化剂,丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为软单体,甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为硬单体,甲基丙烯酸酯基烷氧基磷酸酯(PAM-100)为含磷单体,双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)为交联单体,磷酸钠为pH调节剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,采用乳液聚合法制备了含磷聚丙烯酸酯乳液。研究了乳化剂、PAM-100、磷酸钠用量对乳液及整理织物综合性能的影响。研究结果表明:当SDS与E1309质量比为1∶2,乳化剂质量分数(相对于乳液总质量而言)为0.6%,BA和MMA质量分数(相对于乳液总质量而言)分别为24%和6%,PAM-100、磷酸钠、DAAM和APS质量分数(均相对于单体总质量而言)分别为12%、10%、4%和1%时,聚合乳液的单体转化率为95.22%,乳液粒径为329.37 nm,乳液Zeta电位为-60.57 mV。将所制得乳液用于棉织物的整理,整理织物的断裂强力提高,白度略有下降,成炭性能明显提高。 Phosphorous-containing polyacrylate emulsion was prepared by emulsion polymerization method with sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) and isotridecanol polyoxyethylene ether(E1309) as emulsifiers,butyl acrylate(BA) as soft monomer,methyl methacrylate(MMA) as hard monomer,methacrylate-based alkoxy phosphate(PAM-100) as phosphorus-containing monomer,diacetone acrylamide(DAAM) as crosslinking monomer,sodium phosphate as pH regulator,and ammonium persulfate(APS)as initiator.The effects of emulsifier,PAM-100 and sodium phosphate dosage on the comprehensive properties of emulsion and finished fabric were studied.The research results showed that when the mass ratio of SDS to E1309 was 1∶2,the mass fraction of emulsifier(relative to the total mass of emulsion)was 0.6%,the mass fraction of BA and MMA(relative to the total mass of emulsion)was 24% and 6%,respectively,and the mass fraction of PAM-100,sodium phosphate,DAAM and APS(all relative to the total monomer mass)was 12%,10%,4% and 1%,respectively,the monomer conversion rate of polymerized emulsion was 95.22%,the particle size of emulsion was 329.37 nm,and the Zeta potential of emulsion was-60.57 mV.When the prepared emulsion was used for cotton fabric finishing,the breaking strength of finished fabric was improved,the whiteness was slightly reduced,and the char-forming performance was obviously improved.
