磷氮协同本征阻燃剂的制备及其阻燃丙烯酸酯的研究 被引量:4

摘要 以苯膦酰二氯和丙烯酰胺为原料,通过"一步法"成功合成出一种氮磷协同本征阻燃剂1,3-二丙烯酰-苯基磷酰胺(BPOAM)。利用FT-IR、1H和31P核磁共振波谱对其结构进行表征。通过乳液聚合法将BPOAM与甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸正丁酯聚合制备阻燃型丙烯酸酯共聚物。采用TG、LOI值测试和锥形量热测试等方法对共聚物的热稳定性、阻燃性能进行研究。结果表明,当BPOAM质量分数为14%时,其残炭量达到21.8%,LOI值增加了4.8%,火灾性能指数提高了55%,热释放速率峰值和总热释放量分别降低了28.53%和41.35%。 A novel phosphorus-nitrogen synergistic intrinsic flame retardant,1,3-bisacryloyl-phenylphosphamide( BPOAM),is prepared by allowing phenylphosphonic dichloride to react with acrylamide through one-step synthetic method.The chemical composition and molecular structure of BPOAM is characterized by FT-IR,1 HNMR and31 PNMR.A new kind of flame retardant acrylate copolymer is prepared through in situ copolymerization among BPOAM,methyl methacrylate and n-butyl acrylate. The thermal stability and flame retardancy of the copolymer are analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis,limited oxygen index and cone calorimeter test.It is indicated that as the content of BPOAM is14 wt%,the carbon residue,LOI and fire performance index of the copolymer increase by 16. 69%,4. 8% and 55%,respectively;the peak heat release rate and the total heat release decrease by 28. 53% and 41. 35%,respectively. It is revealed that BPOAM can be evaluated as a higher efficiency flame retardant by synergistic flame retardant mechanism in both solidification phase and gas phase.
