摘要
城市风气候环境具有非常重要的作用,城市内部的风能稀释扩散城区的大气污染,改善城市内部的高温闷热环境,影响城市居住适宜度。据相关研究表明,我国当前大部分城市的气候特征表现为典型的静风状况,城市的静风状况并不是由于自然大气环境的改变而造成的,而与城市本身建设状况密切相关。同时,静风状况导致的城市内部闷热无风与严重大气污染已经日益成为城市环境的关键性危害因素。因此,关注于探讨城市内部的风环境效应与城市风通风规划途径。通过文献研究,案例分析等方法,文章剖析如何引导城市内部各种类型的大气流动,并从城市的不同发展模式和规模入手,分别提出改善其城市内部通风的规划途径。
The wind plays very important role to urban environment. The air pollution could be diffused, diluted and the extremely heat environment could be improved by the wind inside the urban. And the wind also influences the living comfortable in urban. Researches have shown that the climatic characteristics in most cities of our country are presented as stable air with windless condition, which results not from the change of the natural atmospheric environment, but the construction of urban. At the same time, the air pollution and heat environment, caused by the windless condition, have become the crucial hazard factor of the urban environment. This paper focuses on the urban wind environment effect and the planning method of urban ventilation. By the methods of literature analysis and case example, this paper analyzes how to guide air flow in all types of the city, and puts out the planning approach for urban ventilation base on different development patterns and scales of urban.
