摘要
北京商务中心区 (CentralBusinessDistrict,CBD)规划于故宫东部约 5km地带 ,涵盖面积约 4km2 ,最高建筑物超过 30 0m。采用风洞刷蚀技术结合朝阳气象站常规资料对CBD行人风环境进行研究 ,结果表明 :( 1 )在冬春季西北大风时 ,CBD高大建筑物附近出现局地 8级以上大风的概率为 0 1 1 4% ,相当于每年发生 5 0次 ,超过了每年小于 1 0次的可接收评估准则 ,将会影响行人舒适度和安全 ;偏南风符合行人舒适度评估准则 ,不会造成明显风环境问题。 ( 2 )夏季白天偏南风盛行 ,在CBD东西两侧建筑物密集区域出现小风(风速低于 1 5ms- 1 )的概率高达 2 2 % 。
A Central Business District (CBD) will be built in Beijing, 5 kilometers east of the Imperial Palace, the center of Beijing City. The district covers 4 km2 with the highest buildings over 300 m.The erosion technique in boundary layer wind tunnel and meteorological data of Chaoyang Weather Station are used to study the wind environment of CBD. The results show that (1) when it blows strongly northwesterly wind in the winter and the spring, Beaufort number 8 wind will occur 5.0 times in the areas around the tall buildings in CBD, which influences the safety of pedestrians. The near southerly wind will not cause pedestrians discomfort. (2) in summer days, since the near southerly wind dominates, the high frequency 22% of wind speed lower than 1.5 m s -1 will result in the high level pollution in the east and west parts of CBD.
