摘要
目的:探讨艾滋病影响儿童主观幸福感与公正世界信念、希望间的关系,为艾滋病影响儿童的教育和心理干预提供依据。方法:选取符合相应标准的艾滋病影响儿童251例,其中男生113例,女生138例;小学生189例,初中生62例。分别用Campbell幸福感指数量表(IWB)、公正世界信念量表(BJWS)和儿童希望量表(CHS)对其主观幸福感、公正世界信念和希望进行评估。结果:女生BJWS总分[(3.9±0.5)vs.(3.6±0.6),P<0.001]和教师公正、社会环境公正、同辈群体公正分量表得分高于男生,而男生的CHS得分高于女生[(4.6±1.0)vs.(4.3±0.9),P<0.05]。小学生的IWB总分[(11.8±2.4)vs.(10.4±2.3),P<0.001]和总体情感指数[(5.5±1.1)vs.(4.9±1.0),P<0.001]、总体生活满意度[(5.8±1.4)vs.(5.0±1.5),P<0.001]分量表得分以及BJWS教师公正、社会环境公正分量表得分高于初中生。采用强制进入的方法对变量间的关系进行回归分析,显示BJWS得分能正向预测IWB得分(β=0.35,P<0.001),CHS得分在BJWS得分与IWB得分间起部分中介作用,中介效应大小为0.19,中介效应占总效应的55.2%。结论:公正世界信念可通过希望的部分中介作用正向预测艾滋病影响儿童的主观幸福感。
Objective：To explore the relationship between subjective well-being,belief in a just world and hope of children affected by acquired immune deficiency syndrome （AIDS）,and help to provide references to educational and psychological intervention for children affected by AIDS.Methods：Total 251 children affected by AIDS were selected according to the relevant standard,including 113 boys and 138 girls,189 primary school students and 62 junior high school students.They were assessed with Index of Well-Being Scale （IWB）,the Belief in a Just World Scale （BJWS） and Children Hope Scale （CHS） respectively.Results：The BJWS total scores [（3.9 ± 0.5） vs.（3.6 ± 0.6）,P ＜ 0.001] and the sub-scale scores of teacher justice,fair social environment,and peer groups justice were higher in girls than in boys.The CHS scores were higher in boys than in girls [（4.6 ± 1.0） vs.（4.3 ±0.9）,P ＜0.05].The IWB total scores [（11.8 ±2.4） vs.（10.4 ±2.3）,P ＜0.001] and the sub-scale scores of emotional index score [（5.5 ± 1.1） vs.（4.9 ± 1.0）,P ＜0.001] and total life satisfaction [（5.8 ± 1.4） vs.（5.0 ± 1.5）,P ＜0.001],the sub-scale scores of teacher justice and fair social environment were all higher in primary school students than in the junior high school students.With the regression analysis method of enter,the research checked the relationship among IWB,BJWS and CHS,the results showed that the BJWS had a positive effect on the IWB （3 =0.35,P ＜0.001）,and the CHS score played partial mediation between the BJWS and the IWB,and the value of mediation effect was 0.19 which accounted the 55.2％ for the total effect.Conclusion：The belief in a just world could affect the subjective well-being positively through the partial mediation of the hope among the children affected by AIDS.
