摘要
文章首先参照钱纳里标准产业结构,运用Hamming有限点贴近度方法,对山东省产业结构合理化水平进行评析,然后引入产业结构高度值指标,运用欧式距离法,对山东省产业结构高度化水平进行评析,阐明山东省产业结构优化所面临的问题。研究表明:与钱纳里标准结构相比山东省产业结构已趋向不合理;山东产业结构高度值指标明显低于中国发达经济区域的相应指标。而且三次产业内部也在一定程度存在不合理现象,譬如:农业内部结构不合理,农产品出口层次低、市场集中;工业结构呈现出在较低层次均衡基础上的"虚高级化"特征、区域内主导产业趋同;服务业附加值低,现代服务业发展滞后等。最后,文章给出山东省产业结构优化的政策建议。
Firstly,the degree of rationalization of the industrial structure in Shandong Province is estimated by Chenery standard industrial structure by the method of finite point Hamming closeness in this paper. Then,the level of industrial structure in Shandong Province is estimated by the high value index of industrial structure by Euclidean distance method.Problems optimizing the industrial structure in Shandong Province are clarified. Studies show that industrial structure in Shandong Province has tended to be irrational compared with the Chenery standard structure,and that Shandong Industrial Structure levels are significantly lower than that in developed economic regions of China. To certain extent,tertiary industries are still local structural anomaly. Such as： irrational agriculture internal structure,the low level of agricultural exports,the export market concentration; ＂Virtual level＂of industrial structure in lower level equilibrium,the convergent regional leading industries; low value of service industries,the lag-behind modern service industry. Based on the above study,the policy recommendation to optimize the industrial structure in Shandong Province is put forward.
