山东省地市产业转型升级测度及对策研究 被引量:3

摘要 产业转型升级是山东省新旧动能转换的重要途径.基于产业转型升级的内涵构建产业转型升级测度指标体系,形成基于物元可拓模型的综合测度方法,并对2017年山东省各地市产业转型升级水平进行测度,结果表明:山东省地市产业转型升级方向合理度较好,转型升级速度有待加快;产业转型升级水平呈现北部区域高于南部区域、东部区域高于西部区域、沿海区域城市和省会周围城市水平较高的地理分布特征.最后构建面板回归模型和面板分位数回归模型对山东省地市产业转型升级的重要影响因素进行分析,并提出山东省地市产业转型升级的相关对策. Industrial transformation and upgrading is an important way for the transformation of new and old kinetic energy in Shandong Province.Based on the connotation of industrial transformation and upgrading,this paper constructs the measurement index system of industrial transformation and upgrading,forms a comprehensive measurement method based on matter-element extension model,and measures the industrial transformation and upgrading levels of cities in Shandong Province in 2017.The results show that the direction of industrial transformation and upgrading in Shandong Province is reasonable,and the speed of transformation and upgrading needs to be accelerated.The level of industrial transformation and upgrading in the northern region is higher than the southern region,the eastern region is higher than the western region,coastal region and the cities around the provincial capital are higher than other cities.Finally,this paper constructs the panel regression model and panel quantile regression model to analyze the important influencing factors of the industrial transformation and upgrading in Shandong Province,and puts forward the relevant suggestions.
