摘要
我国高等教育体系正面临全面性结构调整的挑战;而体系重构应当基于科学的不同类型、不同层次高等教育的区分标准及连通规则。只有这样,才可能形成不同类型、不同层次的高等教育办学目标明确、办学条件具备、办学特色鲜明、办学质量有所保障,以及彼此之间便捷、合理连通的良好格局。
Chinese higher education system is meeting the challenge of over - all institutional adap- tation, which must be based on scientific distinguishing standards and connection rules of different types and different levels of higher education. Only in this way, the "good shape" of different types and different levels of higher education running schod' s explicit goals and sufficient conditions and distinctive features and high quality can be formed.
