摘要
我国现行的《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》,在应对电子商务环境中消费者知情权保护方面无法直接适用,这一问题逐渐凸显。由于网络交易中的经营者和消费者基于利益的驱动成为经济矛盾体,而互联网带来的全新交易模式中,网络商品和服务的虚拟性及网络卖家的隐蔽性更强,因此,电子商务模式下消费者知情权益的保护问题应当引起足够的重视。国家应立足于电子商务中消费者知情权保护的特点,制定更为完善的针对性法律法规,全社会也应建立强大的公众舆论力量,同时创新和完善各种在线法律程序,以满足电子商务模式下消费者对知情权益的渴求。
It is become more serious that we cannot directly apply the current Law on Protection of the Rights and Interests of Consumers to solve the relate problem of protection of consumers' right to know in e-commerce. There are some economic conflicts between operators and consumers involved in online trade;online commodity and service is more virtual and online sellers are more elusive. So,we should pay more attention to the protection of consumers' right to know in e-commerce. The government should formulate the perfect related law and regulations;the whole society should use the force of public opinion;and we should make innovation and perfect the online legal process to guarantee the consumers' right to know in e-commerce.
