摘要
本文参考SERVQUAL评价模型,构建了快递服务质量指标体系,对攀枝花市快递服务质量影响因素进行因子分析,并有针对性地提出提高攀枝花市快递网点服务质量的改进措施。
Referring to SERVQUAL evaluation model,this paper constructed an index system of express delivery service quality,analyzed factors influencing the quality of express delivery service in panzhihua city,and put forward targeted measures to improve the service quality of the express delivery network in panzhihua city.
