摘要
目的：观察活血止痛汤应用于骨折术后的临床效果,探究活血止痛汤在骨折术后的应用价值,为后期临床治疗提供参考。方法：选取我院2012年1月~2013年9月期间门诊收入的70例骨折术后患者作为研究对象,根据术后服用药物的不同分为研究组与对照组,每组各35例。对照组患者在术后1天给予头孢呋辛钠,研究组在对照组基础上给予活血止痛汤加减。结果：经治疗后,研究组总有效率为94.3%,对照组为71.4%;研究组出现不良反应1例,对照组6例;两组患者在临床总有效率、治疗中相关指标（消肿与止痛时间、体温恢复时间、住院时间、骨痂生长时间）、不良反应总发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：活血止痛汤加减应用于骨折术后的临床疗效显著,促进患者止痛、消肿、体温恢复以及骨痂生长,还能缓解西药不良反应,安全性高,值得在后期临床中进一步推广及应用。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Zhitong Decoction applied in fracture,to explore the application value of Huoxue Zhitong Decoction in fracture post operation,and to provide references for clinical treatment in the future. Methods： 70 patients with fracture admitted by the outpatient service of this hospital during the period from January 2012 to September 2013 as research subjects,who were divided into the research group and the controlled group with 35 patients in each group according to different postoperative medications. Patients in the controlled group were subject to cefazolin sodium oxime within 3 days after operation,and patients in the research group were subject to Huoxue Zhitong Decoction on the basis of that applied in the controlled group. Results： The total effective rate of patients in the controlled group hit 94. 3%,that value of patients in the controlled group hit 71. 4%. One patient in the research group was found to have adverse reaction,and that value in the controlled group hit 6. The comparison difference in clinically total effective rate,related indicators（ time of swelling and pain relief,temperature recovery time,hospital stay,and time of callus growth） and total incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions： The application of Huoxue Zhitong Decoction on fracture delivers significant clinical efficacy,facilitate the pain relief,swelling elimination,body temperature recovery and callus growth,and it is also capable of adverse reactions of western medicine,posing safety,and being worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practices.
