摘要
目的观察活血止痛汤对于骨折术后患者的效果。方法随机将90例骨折术后患者平均分为两组,对照组术后静注头孢呋辛钠,观察组在对照组基础上联合活血止痛汤治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果观察组总有效率、肿胀及疼痛消失时间及骨痂愈合时间等指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论活血止痛汤可有效缓解患者临床症状。
Objective To observe the effect of Huoxue Zhitong Decoction in fracture after operation. Methods 90 patients were divided into two groups, control group used static ceftriaxone sodium, and observation group used Huoxue Zhitong decoction on the basis of control group, the clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate, disappearance time of swelling and pain, healing time of bone callus of observation group were significantly better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Huoxue Zhitong Decoction can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients effectively.
