摘要
研究了CaCO3用量对TPO防水卷材拉伸性能、低温性能、热老化性能和焊接性能的影响.结果表明,随着CaCO3用量的增加,TPO防水卷材的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率呈下降趋势;CaCO3用量在40%以内时,TPO防水卷材的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、热老化性能、低温性能和焊接性能都能够满足GB/T27789-2011的要求.TPO防水卷材配方中CaCO3的最佳用量范围为30%~40%.
This article studied the influences of dosage of CaCO3 on tensile strength, low temperature performance, hot air aging performance and welding performance of TPO waterproofing membrane. The results showed that tensile strength and elongation at break decreased with the increasing of dosage of CaCO3; when the dosage of CaCO3 was below 40%, the tensile strength, elongation at break, hot air aging performance, low temperature performance and welding performance all met the requirements of GB/T 27789--2011. The best dosage of CaCO3 in TPO wateroroofin~ membrane was 30%-40%.
