摘要
研究了不同焊接工艺条件对TPO防水卷材焊接性能的影响,结果表明,焊接温度和焊接速率对TPO防水卷材焊接性能的影响较大,焊接压力对其影响不大,输送到卷材焊接面间的热能必须介于卷材的熔融焓和分子链裂解能之间。在焊接温度400℃、焊接速率2 m/min的条件下,TPO防水卷材的剥离强度达到最高,以卷材面层与网格布断裂为主要破坏形式;并对TPO卷材的热焊接机理进行了探讨。
Effect of different welding processes on the seal properties of TPO waterproofing sheets was investigated. The results show that welding temperature and speed have great impact on the seal properties of TPO sheet, while welding pressure has little impact. The heat energy being transferred between the sheet welding surface should be between the melting enthalpy and molecular chain crack energy of the sheet. Under the temperature of 400 ~C and speed of 2 m/min,TPO shows highest peel strength, the rupture of sheet surface and mesh as the main form of damage. Finally,the welding mechanism of TPO sheet was discussed.
