摘要
通过分析304L的焊接性及薄壁管的具体特点,提出了相应的焊接工艺和施工方案;防止了焊接过程中咬边、变形、焊缝氧化等缺陷的发生,保证了304L薄壁不锈钢管的焊接质量。
Based on analyzing the weldability of 304L steel and the specific feature of the thin wall pipe, this paper has put forward the relevant welding process and working plan that can not only avoid the defects such as undercut, deformation and weld oxidation during welding, but also guarantee the welding quality of the thin wall pipe of 304L stainless steel.
