摘要
高校是学生走向职业的起点,是大学生客观认识自己、科学规划职业生涯的关键点。在社会转型加速、教育观念多元的今天,高校职业生涯规划课程面临教育理念滞后、指导方法单一、师资队伍不强等诸多问题。增强高校职业生涯规划教育的针对性与有效性非常必要。
The university is the starting point for students to enter their careers, as well as the key place for university students to objectively understand themselves and scientifically plan their careers. In today＇s acceleration of social transformation and di-versification of education concepts, the career planning course in universities is faced with various problems, such as backward e-ducation ideas, single guiding method, and weak teaching staffs. So it is imperative to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of career planning education in universities.
