摘要
立车伞齿轮使用过程中齿根部开裂。使用宏观裂纹分析、化学成分分析、硬度分析、金相组织分析等多种分析方法,采用实物多点取样、对比分析的方式,对该齿轮的失效原因进行了综合分析。结果表明:齿轮开裂的主要原因是该零件热处理工艺不当,造成热处理原始组织粗大。
The vertical lathe bevel gear was cracked on its root in the use process. The gear failure causes was comprehensively analyzed by macro crack analysis, chemical composition analysis, hardness analysis and microstructure analysis with the method of real multipoint sampling and comparative analysis .The results show that gear cracking main reason was the parts improper heat treatment, and it caused the original organization bulky.
