摘要
某公司风电机组(2 000 kW)投产运行3年后,齿轮箱中间级小齿轮开裂,对该齿轮轴材料的力学性能、金相组织和断口形貌进行了分析,确定了轮齿断裂原因。结果表明,轮齿次表层位置存在较大尺寸的非金属夹杂物是导致轮齿疲劳开裂的主要原因。
The gear teeth on a gear shaft in a 2 000 k W aerogenerator has cracked after service for three years. Mechanical properties,microstructure and fracture morphology of the fractured gear teeth were analyzed to determine the fracture reason. The result showed that there were large size nonmetallic inclusions in the gear teeth,which resulted in the fatigue crack of the gear teeth.
